We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead recruitment across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization in EMEA. This role will manage full life cycle recruiting for all Go-To-Market Areas in EMEA. You’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional commercial talent that drives growth across the region. This is a strategic, hands-on role within a fast-growing SaaS environment, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, autonomy, and making an impact through great hiring.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for GTM roles across EMEA — from intake to offer ensuring speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top performers in the SaaS ecosystem, including direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and referrals.
  • Work closely with GTM leaders and the People Team to align hiring plans with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, candidate recommendations, and hiring best practices.
  • Deliver a high-touch, inclusive, and transparent experience at every stage — representing our brand with professionalism and care.
  • Partner with the broader TA team to strengthen our presence in the EMEA talent market and position the company as an employer of choice in SaaS.
  • Stay on top of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to inform GTM leadership decisions.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM roles in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA talent market, ideally with experience hiring across multiple countries.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills (LinkedIn Recruiter expertise essential).
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — credible, consultative, and collaborative.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide strategy and decisions.
  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages highly desirable.
