Role Overview
We are looking for a commission-only Business Development Executive / Sales Partner / Account Manager based in the UK (preferably London) to help us grow our client base.
You will represent Outsourcing Guru in the UK market, build strong relationships with decision-makers in tech companies, and drive new business opportunities for offshore hiring from India.
This role is perfect for self-motivated sales professionals, recruiters, or consultants with a strong UK network and a passion for technology and outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in the UK tech and IT services sector.
- Present our outsourcing solutions and talent capabilities.
- Build long-term relationships with CTOs, Hiring Managers, and Founders.
- Close new business deals and maintain ongoing client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Indian delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and project success.
Ideal Candidate
- Based in London, with experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or IT account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proven network within the technology or staffing ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial mindset β confident working on a commission-only structure.
- Bonus: Familiarity with software development roles (AI/ML, Python, MERN, Java).
