Salesforce Analyst Lincoln, UK | Hybrid£35,000 – £40,000 + benefitsAre you a CRM whiz with a passion for data, automation, and process optimisation? We’re looking for a Salesforce Analyst to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team in the Lincoln area.In this role, you’ll:

• Configure and maintain Salesforce & HubSpot systems
• Drive smarter business decisions through reporting, dashboards, and data integrity
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance CRM workflows
• Support internal users and champion CRM best practices
• Stay on the pulse of new features, tools, and CRM trends

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in Salesforce administration.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and CRM system customization
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)
