We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Associate to join the team in Stafford. This is a broad, engaging role where you'll be involved in everything from day-to-day operations to exciting, meaningful project work—right from day one.
What You’ll Need:
- 1–2 years in a similar EHS role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (essential).
- Strong knowledge of EHS policies and legal compliance.
- Confidence in delivering training and communicating across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Risk assessments, COSHH, PUWER, LOTO, MHE, working at height, contractor management, sustainability, waste management, and incident reporting.
