The Job:
- Delivering outstanding teaching and assessment aligned with Apprenticeship standards and our internal learning models
- Creating engaging, blended learning resources using VLE platforms (CANVAS)
- Mentoring and supporting learners to ensure excellent progress and personal development
- Contributing to curriculum planning, enrichment activities, and learner feedback
- Embedding core skills like Maths and English across all areas of delivery
- Monitoring progress, maintaining high-quality teaching materials, and producing progress reports
- Participating in continuous professional development and promoting a culture of safety, inclusion, and excellence
