Would you like to play a key role in procuring and managing cutting tools to support production for platforms such as the Typhoon and F-35? BAE Systems have an exciting opportunity for a CMT Planning & Logistics Specialist to join their team in Samlesbury.
Key Skills

The Job:
- Procurement and stock management of cutting tools to meet production demand
- Weekly prioritisation and communication with suppliers for critical items
- Reporting, tracking and budget control for cutting tool spend
- Monthly AMEX expense reconciliation using Concur
- Managing tool quality issues and corrective action follow-up
- Collaborating with production teams to forecast future tool requirements
- Supporting continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Contributing to supplier reviews and maintaining demand data and usage trackers
