Location: Wimborne
Contract: 6 months (possible extension/permanent)
Rate: Up to £17.12 PAYE per hour
Working arrangements: 5 days on site per week
Hours: Mon–Thu: 07:50–16:50 & Fri: 07:50–13:00
Role Overview: Reception-based role within a manufacturing plant, providing front-of-house support and general administrative duties. The position involves greeting visitors, organising appointments, and maintaining basic spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception duties and visitor management
- Organising witness testing visitors and completing restricted party screening
- Handling calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Basic admin tasks and updating spreadsheets
- Supporting various teams across the site
Essential Skills:
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Friendly, collaborative attitude
- Basic Microsoft 365 skills
- Locally based to site
- Around 1 year in an office or reception role
- Organised, punctual, confident, team-oriented, can-do attitude
