We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Controller to support a major aerospace and defence programme based in Warton.
Reporting to the FCAS IMS and SRA Schedule Manager, you will support project control delivery across nominated control accounts, ensuring schedules, costs, resources and reporting are managed effectively while maintaining project baseline integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule generation, maintenance and reporting
- Resource and cost-loaded planning
- Earned Value Management (EVM) support
- Cost control, forecasting and variance analysis
- Cashflow forecasting and budget management
- Resource planning and demand management
- Risk, opportunity and change control management
- Performance analysis and project reporting
Essential Skills & Experience
- ~10+ years' experience in Project Controls
- Strong scheduling and project control expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Experience with cost management, forecasting and integrated reporting
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Air Sector experience
- Knowledge of PM Compass, Cobra and Predict
