Location: Warton, Preston
Duration: 6-12 months contract (high possibility of extension)
Hourly Rate: £42 PAYE or £56.62 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: 3 days on site per week
BAE Systems is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join the Air Cyber Risk & Governance team. This role will support cyber assurance activities across digital systems and projects, helping ensure security requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Support cyber assurance and governance activities
- Coordinate assurance requests and approvals using Jira
- Conduct initial cyber security assessments and pre-triage activities
- Support stakeholders with security documentation and assurance processes
- Coordinate reviews and maintain accurate audit documentation
- Assist with cyber risk management and continuous improvement activities

- Experience in cyber security, governance, risk or assurance
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
