Duration: 6 Month Contract
Hourly Rate: £30.28 PAYE or £40.71 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: 37 hours onsite 3 days per week (also open to part time options)

What we’re looking for:
- Proven HRBP experience within a large, complex organisation
- Strong ER and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within manufacturing/engineering/defence environments desirable
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred
