This is a Case Coaching Advisor position – not a generalist HR role. You will act as a subject matter expert in Employee Relations (ER), providing specialist advice and coaching on complex, high-risk cases across the UK business.

The UK Case Coaching Team provides expert technical advice and support to managers on all Employee Relations matters, including complex investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.

Working within a team of 20 specialist case coaches, you will:

  • Act as a trusted SME and strategic advisor to managers and senior leaders
  • Provide legally sound, risk-balanced advice in line with UK employment law and internal policy
  • Ensure compliance with the Acas Code of Practice and current legislation
  • Coach and influence managers to build capability and confidence in managing ER matters
  • Work closely with Trade Unions and employee representatives in a unionised environment
  • Manage a large and varied case workload across multiple UK business areas

Core Duties:

  • Coach and advise Line Managers on complex and sensitive ER cases with high business risk
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective case progression
