💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Sourcing top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking

✅ Screening CVs

✅ Speaking with candidates daily – conducting phone calls, following up, and building strong relationships

✅ Guiding candidates through the recruitment process

✅ Managing job applications and ensuring a smooth candidate journey

✅ Supporting Recruitment Consultants with shortlisting, market mapping, and talent pooling

✅ Writing job adverts and promoting vacancies across multiple platforms

✅ Updating and maintaining our CRM database
