A global advanced engineering and manufacturing organisation is seeking a Team Manager to lead a sustaining engineering function supporting complex electro-mechanical products across the full product lifecycle. This role will lead a team of engineers responsible for root cause investigation, design changes, reliability improvements, technical governance, and ongoing product support within a highly regulated engineering environment. You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, service, and project teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient engineering solutions are delivered to specification, cost, and schedule.
