Principal Mechanical Building Services Engineer Hybrid (UK) £60000 - £65000 + Excellent Benefits A leading global engineering consultancy is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join its growing design team.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office and flexibility to be based from multiple locations across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead role on high-profile, multidisciplinary projects across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education.\n

  • Lead and manage project teams (up to 10 engineers).

\n About You We're looking for an experienced mechanical building services engineer who enjoys leading projects and developing people. You'll ideally have:\n

  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
  • Significant experience within a building services or engineering consultancy environment.
  • A strong technical background in mechanical building services design.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary design projects.
  • Previous line management or mentoring experience.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
