SIAM Change Manager
12 months – Hybrid
Based: Preston, Channel way
Hourly Rate: £21.50 PAYE or £28.79 umbrella inside IR35
37 Hours per week

Skills

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow, especially the Change module and reporting functions
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Experience working in a SIAM model and/or defence environment is a plus
  • The Job

  • Chairing the Change Approval Board (CAB) twice a week
  • Coordinating with technical experts and suppliers to assess and approve changes
  • Using ServiceNow dashboards and reporting tools to track and analyse change activity
  • Leading post-change reviews and reporting on failed changes
  • Driving improvements to the change process and templates for standard changes
  • Supporting development of new processes and localised service improvement
