A leading global consultancy specialising in sustainable design, engineering and advisory services across the built environment is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to support the delivery of residential projects, leading cost and commercial management on medium to large schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost planning and delivery across residential projects
- Manage key project elements, ensuring delivery on time and budget
- Identify and manage risks with clear recommendations
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Drive best practice and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven cost consultancy experience, ideally in residential
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience delivering projects from inception to completion
- Proficiency in CostX or similar tools
- Degree qualified with relevant professional or chartered status
- CSCS card holder
- Strong stakeholder management experience
