Working within the Synthetic Training Engineering Products environment, you will play a key role in ensuring security compliance, information assurance, and cyber security standards are maintained across a range of complex systems. /p p br /p p Key Responsibilities /p ul li Support security and information assurance activities across Synthetic Training devices. /li li Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and vulnerability assessments. /li li Identify security risks and recommend remediation activities. /li li Ensure systems comply with corporate, customer, and industry security standards. /li li Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development and delivery lifecycle. /li /ul p br /p p Essential Skills Experience /p ul li 5+ years experience within Cyber Security or Information Assurance. /li li Experience working to security standards and frameworks such as NIST, STIGs, Def Stan, JSPs, or Secure by Design. /li li Defence sector experience. /li li Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. /li li Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li /ul p Desirable /p ul li Experience supporting large Enterprise IT or Operational Technology (OT) environments. /li li STEM degree or equivalent experience. /li li Professional certifications such as strong CISSP /strong or strong CISM /strong . /li /ul p br /p
