Senior Category Manager – Fleet Up to £80,000 Basic salary Flexible hybrid working (1–2 days per week in the office, location-based) Chippenham or Northampton Outsource UK is seeking an experienced Senior Category Manager (Fleet) to join a hybrid-based team in Chippenham/Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong procurement and category management expertise, particularly in fleet management, to take ownership of a commercial fleet portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial fleets, hire cars, and company cars from a procurement perspective Develop and execute category strategies for fleet procurement Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and service levels Lead, coach, and support a small team with autonomy Understand technical specifications and apply this knowledge in procurement decisions Build strong relationships internally and externally Skills
