We’re looking for 2 experienced Engineering Project Managers to join a leading Electronic Systems Engineering team in Rochester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong electronics engineering background who has progressed into technical project leadership and enjoys working closely with engineering teams, stakeholders and customers to deliver complex programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Engineering projects through the full lifecycle
- Manage project delivery against cost, schedule and quality targets
- Provide technical direction and programme leadership
- Liaise with stakeholders, support teams and customers
- Support and guide engineering teams to successful delivery
- Strong background in Electronics Engineering
- Proven experience leading Engineering projects
- Aerospace, Avionics, Defence or Maritime experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- HNC minimum qualification
- Agile project experience beneficial
