We’re expanding our Defence contracting team and looking for an experienced Contract Delivery Recruiter to source and manage top talent for one of our largest clients.
What You’ll Do
- Source, engage, and manage candidates across the Aerospace and Defence markets.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing project needs.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience filling contract roles in Aerospace, Defence, or Engineering, ideally 1 to 2 years.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
