We’re recruiting for a Process Engineer to join BAE Systems in Glascoed, supporting the development and improvement of manufacturing processes within a multi-disciplined Engineering team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong manufacturing or process engineering background who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement and working on technically challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support manufacturing processes from concept to qualification
- Provide technical support and process expertise within the team
- Support commissioning, process improvement and risk management activities
- Drive continuous improvement across products and manufacturing processes
- Experience within manufacturing or process engineering
- Strong understanding of engineering and production processes
- Knowledge of process control, process capability or Six Sigma beneficial
- Experience with PLC systems, NDT or materials processing advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
