Test Manager
/n Warton | BAE Systems, FCAS Digital Environments
/n Hybrid Working - 3 days on site per week
/n 6 month contract initially
/n £53.24 Umbrella per hour

We're looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead testing across a secure digital platform within the FCAS programme.
/n
You'll define and drive the test strategy across multiple agile teams, ensuring quality, security, and reliability on a high-impact project.
/n
Key responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Lead and implement end-to-end testing strategy
/n
- Embed quality across agile teams and stakeholders
/n
- Drive test automation, performance, and security testing
/n
- Manage risks, environments, and test delivery reporting
/n
/n
What we're looking for:
/n
/n
- Proven Test Manager experience across large programmes and worked in the Aerospace sector.
/n
- Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) background
/n
- Experience with test automation frameworks & tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
/n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
/n
/n
