We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Lead to join a high-profile programme, providing financial leadership and commercial support across a portfolio of complex projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for assigned projects.
- Provide financial insight and challenge to project managers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs, risks, and opportunities to ensure accurate financial performance.
- Produce monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Support business cases, investment decisions, and project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance, and internal policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial information.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting.
Key Skills Experience
- Previous experience in a Project Finance, Project Controls, or Finance Business Partner role.
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
- Experience supporting complex projects or programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge (SAP or similar ERP desirable).
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
