We’re looking for a Material Provisions Coordinator to join a busy operations team, ensuring materials and tooling are ready to support production delivery. This role is key to keeping work flowing – coordinating with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to make sure everything is in place for a smooth start.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring all materials and tooling are ready and available for work orders
- Coordinating daily with supply chain & logistics teams
- Managing material kitting and enablement for production
- Resolving material/tooling issues quickly and effectively
- Supporting continuous improvement across planning and material processes
- Maintaining accurate data in ERP systems
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in materials coordination, planning, or production support
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, or ship repair (ideal)
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
