People Experience Advisor- EMEA
Client: Globally Known Technology and Gaming company!
Pay: TBC- around £300-£400 per day
Contract Length:6 months-Likely extension

The Opportunity: People Experience (PX) / HR Advisor
As part of our People Experience team, you’ll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with colleagues in all areas of the People function, playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional employee experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional PX support to employees across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
  • Manage employee cases through a ticketing system, ensuring a positive experience and meeting agreed SLAs.
  • Identify case trends and opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee and manager self-service, and streamline workflows.
  • Manage family leave and flexible working requests, partnering with managers and employees to ensure smooth processes.
  • Oversee benefits administration, such as long service awards and incentive allocations.
  • Support onboarding activities, leading engaging new hire induction sessions.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, including referencing and right-to-work verifications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems, ensuring secure and compliant document storage.
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and other employee documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, treating all employees fairly and in line with best practice and employment legislation.
  • Escalate cases as needed when issues cannot be resolved at the first point of contact.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a PX or HR Advisor role, with exposure to HR processes, policies, and best practices across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong team player, collaborative and supportive in achieving team goals.
  • A process improvement mindset, proactively identifying and driving opportunities to enhance how we work.
  • Confident in delivering in-person onboarding sessions, providing a welcoming first experience for new hires.
  • Curious and keen to understand both the “why” and the “how” behind processes and decisions.
  • Sound understanding of HR legal principles, particularly relating to the UK and EMEA.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK right-to-work requirements, with a track record of maintaining compliance.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex requests and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • A customer-focused approach, dedicated to delivering excellent service within defined SLAs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or ticketing systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
