Outsource UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Washington site in Tyne and Wear, supporting around 400 employees.
You will act as the primary HR contact, advising leaders and the Defence Solutions HR function to deliver strategic and operational HR support.
You will partner with leaders to translate business needs into practical HR solutions, coach managers on ER and change, and work with Centres of Excellence and external partners to implement the People Strategy.
