We’re supporting a leading global specialty insurer with a growing Manchester Centre of Excellence, hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to support a large-scale build-out of technology and data functions. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role requiring a polished, professional recruiter who can operate credibly with senior stakeholders and deliver a high-quality hiring experience.
The role:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across technology and data roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring plans and approvals
- Conduct high-quality, competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
- Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines
- Manage recruitment activity through Oracle ATS, including reporting
- Coordinate interviews, track progress, and support hiring decisions
- Work with HR teams to manage offers and onboarding
