Job Title: Design Engineer
Client: Global engineering company
Location: Desford
Hourly Rate: £26.47 PAYE or £34.76 Umbrella
Duration: 12 months
Working arrangements: Fully site based
About the Role:
- Supporting team development of ground engaging equipment (buckets, forks and other material handling devices)
- Support NPI programs to introduce a new solution to the marketplace
- Design, fit-up, test and tune new solutions
- Develop and execute a validation plan to introduce a product that achieves reliability targets.
Key Skills:
- 2 – 4 years previous design experience
- 2 – 4 years Creo, Pro-E or equivalent CAD system experience
- 2 – 4 years' experience of designing structural fabrications and components
