IT Configuration Analyst – London (Office-Based)
12 month FTC – Perm
£40,000 + excellent benefits package

Are you detail-driven with a passion for asset and configuration management? A well-established organisation is looking for an IT Configuration Analyst to join its Technology Services team in London.

In this hands-on role, you\’ll oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, maintain accurate configuration data, and support hardware builds and deployments.

You’ll work closely with teams in both London and Liverpool, ensuring configuration practices align with ITIL standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing hardware/software asset lifecycle – commission laptops, building laptops, decommissioning
  • Maintaining the CMDB and ITSM tools
  • Building and deploying end-user computing hardware
  • Supporting procurement and vendor liaison
  • Ensuring IT build areas are maintained to standard
  • You’ll need experience in IT asset management, a solid understanding of ITIL practices, and strong communication skills. This is a fully office-based role with occasional travel to Liverpool and data centres.
