Inventory Controller (Lincoln)

Role: Inventory Controller

Location: RAF Coningsby

Hourly Rate: £18.21 PAYE or £24.81 Umbrella (INSIDE IR35)

Security Clearance Required: BPSS + SC (subject to ITAR and UK Eyes Only)

Contract Type: 6 month

Hours: Monday to Thursday – 7:30 to 4:30

Friday – 7:30 to 12:00

The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following:

• MJDI Inventory transfers and Maintenix transactions iaw business process. Experience using MJDI is ESSENTIAL
• The Inventory Controllers are responsible for the control of spares for the Typhoon a/c undergoing maintenance.
• Strict control of data input to manual and electronic registers is essential.
• Accurate and timely data input is essential in this busy and demanding environment, with prioritisation of tasks paramount.
• Physical control of all a/c spares
• This position sits within the Mil Pt 145 gateway and all processes are governed by strict Mil Pt 145 legislation. Registration of all assets received or dispatched through the TMF Logistics regulator.
• Populate TMF Logs databases, and IMS systems for all transaction activity.
• Control aircraft spares through regulators and Vertical Storage Units in accordance with current regulations.
• The role holder may be required to carry out additional or alternative tasks from time to time, subject to holding the appropriate qualifications
