We are supporting a leading industrial energy infrastructure business in the recruitment of a hands-on Operator / Site Support Operative to join their operational team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied position supporting the day-to-day running of a busy industrial site and would suit candidates with experience in grounds maintenance, facilities support, yard operations, industrial labouring, or general site maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting operational activities across site
  • Carrying out equipment and site checks
  • General grounds and site maintenance
  • Assisting with housekeeping and labouring duties
  • Supporting safe and efficient site operations

About You

  • Experience within industrial, facilities, maintenance, warehouse, yard, or operational environments
  • Practical, reliable, and comfortable with hands-on work
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Health & safety aware
  • Full UK driving licence

Experience within terminals, manufacturing, logistics, utilities, engineering, or heavy industrial environments would be advantageous.
