This role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records and general HR administration.
Key duties: Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
Preparing contracts and HR documentation.
Maintaining employee records and HR systems.
Handling HR queries from employees and managers.
Assisting with absence and employee relations administration.
What we're looking for: Previous administration experience.
HR administration experience would be beneficial.
Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, technical, industrial or similar fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
