Location: Scotstoun

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Hourly Rate: £55 PAYE or £74.26 Umbrella

Working Arrangements: Full time on site.

BAE Systems is looking for a Commercial / Quantity Surveyor to manage sub-contract accounts and support project delivery at our Scotstoun site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial aspects of sub-contracts and ensure contracts are completed on time and within budget.
  • Advise project teams on contract performance and commercial matters.
  • Source labour, materials, and sub-contractors, managing tenders and procurement processes.
  • Resolve issues and support dispute resolution as required.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Construction sector Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Strong understanding of contracting and pricing.

Desirable:

  • RICS/MCIPS membership or working towards.
  • Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
  • Experience leading a small team.
