BAE Systems is looking for a Commercial / Quantity Surveyor to manage sub-contract accounts and support project delivery at our Scotstoun site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial aspects of sub-contracts and ensure contracts are completed on time and within budget.
- Advise project teams on contract performance and commercial matters.
- Source labour, materials, and sub-contractors, managing tenders and procurement processes.
- Resolve issues and support dispute resolution as required.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Construction sector Quantity Surveying experience.
- Strong understanding of contracting and pricing.
Desirable:
- RICS/MCIPS membership or working towards.
- Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
- Experience leading a small team.
