We are currently seeking an experienced Lead ILS Engineer to join a defence-focused engineering team in Dunfermline. This is a key role requiring a hands-on senior engineer who can deliver Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities while also providing guidance and direction to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ILS activities across the full product lifecycle
  • Lead and support ILS workstreams, ensuring high-quality outputs
  • Provide guidance, tasking, and oversight to other engineers within the team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support programme delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry and defence standards

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Lead ILS Engineer
