BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer to join its Naval Combat Systems team.

The role involves designing and developing future warships and maritime combat systems, applying Human Factors to deliver safe, effective, user-centred solutions.

Location options include New Malden, Filton, or Broad Oak, with 1-3 days onsite per week.

Duration is 12 months, and the rate is Β£60 PAYE or Β£81.05 Umbrella, reflecting contract work in defence engineering.
