Hybrid - Opportunities UK wide (2-3 days onsite) £50000 - £75000 (doe) + car allowance, private medical, 5% contributory pension, 25 days holiday + bank hols, life assurance.

Outsource UK are recruiting Commercial Managers and Senior Commercial Managers to support major UK Defence programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects, delivering commercial and procurement expertise across the full contract lifecycle. Due to the nature of the work applicants must be Sole UK nationals and eligible for SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop procurement and commercial strategies
  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities

  • Ensure compliance with Defence procurement regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Commercial Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or Supplier Management
  • Background within Defence, Government, Aerospace, Engineering, Infrastructure, or a regulated industry
  • Experience with NEC, FIDIC, or JCT contract forms
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Must be a Sole UK National and eligible for SC Clearance.
