Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing systems engineering activities across requirements capture, definition, and management
  • Ensuring robust requirements traceability through the full lifecycle, from stakeholder needs through to verification and validation
  • Supporting acceptance activities, ensuring systems meet contractual, technical, and safety requirements
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams including design, integration, test, and project management
  • Contributing to requirements reviews, compliance assessments, and assurance activities
  • Using structured tools and processes to maintain configuration control and engineering governance
  • Supporting risk identification and resolution related to system requirements and acceptance criteria

Ideal experience includes:

  • Strong background in systems engineering within defence, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries
  • Ideally hold Active SC Clearance to speed up the onboarding process
  • Experience with requirements management tools and acceptance/verification processes
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate operational needs into technical requirements
