Outsource UK are recruiting an experienced E-commerce Manager to join a growing digital team in Leeds. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to a digital all-rounder who enjoys combining e-commerce trading, project management and digital strategy.
The Role
- Owning and delivering e-commerce trading plans and performance
- Managing email marketing (e.g. Klaviyo) and affiliate programmes (e.g. Webgains)
- Coordinating cross-channel digital campaigns
- Day-to-day website management including content, merchandising and optimisation
- Working closely with developers to brief, test and deliver website improvements
- Producing trading, performance and competitor reports
- Managing digital project delivery to time and budget
- Auditing digital activity and delivering insight-led strategic recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience across digital marketing channels including email and affiliates
- Hands-on e-commerce experience, ideally on Shopify or WordPress
- Experience managing website projects and working with development teams
- Confident using Google Analytics and Excel for reporting and insights
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded
