Outsource UK is recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to take on a key leadership role within a growing engineering team in Derby. This is a hybrid position, with onsite presence typically required 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday).
This is a strategic leadership position working across multiple engineering disciplines. You will provide direction, governance, and decision-making support while helping to build and develop a high-performing engineering team.
