Outsource UK is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Delivery Recruiter to join our highly successful Defence Contract team, supporting one of our largest clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, or even someone at the very start of their recruitment career who is hungry to learn, build a successful career, and maximise their earning potential.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in identifying and engaging specialist contract talent across the Defence and Aerospace sectors, supporting critical programmes for one of the UK's leading defence organisations.
Working alongside experienced recruiters and managers, you'll learn how to build talent pipelines, manage candidate relationships, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions within a fast-paced and rewarding market.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality contract candidates across Defence, Aerospace, Engineering and Technology.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
