A leading UK hospitality and retail organisation is looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support the evolution of its customer-facing digital platforms. You’ll work across bookings, retail and loyalty propositions, partnering with product, technology and commercial teams to shape requirements, improve customer journeys and deliver measurable business value. This role is firmly BA-led, with a strong focus on analysis, stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into clear outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment
- Strong domain experience across bookings, retail and/or loyalty platforms
- Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders, product teams and delivery partners
