Our client is a leading global consultancy specialising in sustainable design, engineering and advisory services across the built environment. They are seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to support the delivery of residential projects, leading cost and commercial management on medium to large schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost planning and delivery across residential projects.
- Manage key project elements, ensuring delivery on time and budget.
- Identify and manage risks with clear recommendations.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive best practice and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven cost consultancy experience, ideally in residential.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in CostX or similar tools.
- Degree qualified with relevant professional or chartered status.
- CSCS card holder.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
