This is a management role where you will act as technical authority on a number of different programmes and projects. Key responsibilities required for the Engineering Programme Lead role: Act as the technical authority for relevant projects, ensuring clear understanding of products, functions, and design intent. Lead and manage all engineering activities across disciplines—mechanical, electrical, software, test, and development engineering—for assigned systems. Provide technical direction and expertise to ensure system designs are standardized, configurable, and optimized for performance, uptime, and cost of ownership. Experience required for the Engineering Programme Lead role: Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or related discipline. Extensive experience in system development and integration projects. Proven track record of leading complex projects across multiple domains. Experience working with international teams and customers, including travel for alignment.
