Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
We are recruiting for two HR Advisors to join a busy People Services team supporting a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation. Working within a fast-paced, unionised environment, you'll provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across a range of people matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Manage HR queries and employee relations cases.
- Support the delivery of HR policies, procedures and people processes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Maintain HR data and support reporting using HR systems.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to deliver effective people solutions.
About You
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and UK employment law.
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or unionised environment is desirable.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
