Continuous Improvement Engineer Bristol £55000 - £60000 + bonus and benefits We're working with a global engineering and manufacturing business seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across its UK site in Bristol. This is a hands-on role focused on embedding Lean and Six Sigma principles, delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. You'll lead improvement initiatives across the business - training teams, coaching stakeholders, and implementing standardised processes. Working cross-functionally, you'll facilitate problem-solving sessions, drive root cause analysis, and ensure continuous improvement becomes part of the wider culture.
