Outsource UK are recruiting for a Terminal Administrator to join a leading global fuel storage organisation based at Immingham West Terminals. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business committed to innovation, operational excellence, and supporting the transition toward a greener energy future. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a structured environment supporting quality, compliance, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the terminal's Quality Management System (QMS) and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing documentation control across operational and safety processes
  • Coordinating external training in line with the terminal training plan
  • Assisting with scheduled internal audits and audit preparation
  • Supporting ISO 9001 accreditation requirements, including audit plans and quality documentation
  • Producing monthly reports and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Providing general administrative support to operational and safety teams
