Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Desford
Pay Rate: Β£21.74 Umbrella
Contract Duration: Until 31st December 2027 (with potential extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 08:00–16:00 (flexible start/finish; shorter Fridays possible)

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting product change control processes across the site.
  • Leading weekly stakeholder meetings and providing clear, actionable updates.
  • Creating and maintaining Excel-based dashboards to track and report progress.
  • Collaborating with supply chain and production teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Identifying opportunities for process efficiency and workflow optimisation.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Strong Excel skills – ability to create detailed, actionable dashboards.
  • Confident communicator – comfortable leading meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Engineering background – manufacturing engineering experience highly desirable.
  • Supply chain experience – an advantage but not essential.
  • Proactive problem-solver with an eye for process improvement.
