About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join the Site and Facilities team at BAE Systems. You will play a key role in ensuring facilities remain safe, legal, and compliant, supporting both office and production environments, including nuclear build facilities.
The role focuses on delivering minor facility improvement projects and supporting tenants to operate safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned facilities and service activities, including equipment supply, installation, refurbishment, repairs, and renovations through project delivery.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of a safe, legal, and compliant workplace.
- Oversee third-party subcontractors to ensure installations, modifications, and repairs are completed safely and to the required quality standards.
- Prepare work order status reporting packs.
- Monitor and update work orders within SAP.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience monitoring third-party vendors.
- Facilities Management experience within an industrial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable Skills
- SAP knowledge.
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
