SIAM Change Manager
12 months – Hybrid
Based: Preston, Channel way
Hourly Rate: £21.50 PAYE or £28.79 umbrella inside IR35
37 Hours per week

- Strong experience with ServiceNow, especially the Change module and reporting functions
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience working in a SIAM model and/or defence environment is a plus
The Job
- Chairing the Change Approval Board (CAB) twice a week
- Coordinating with technical experts and suppliers to assess and approve changes
- Using ServiceNow dashboards and reporting tools to track and analyse change activity
- Leading post-change reviews and reporting on failed changes
- Driving improvements to the change process and templates for standard changes
- Supporting development of new processes and localised service improvement
